Final submission
In preparation for the submission of the final version of their papers, authors are invited to:
1) make sure that their papers are compliant with the Fusion 2007 conference template (6-8 pages without page numbering …).
2) generate an IEEE Xplore® pdf file: before its upload,
authors are requested to create a PDF file compliant with the IEEE Xplore®
using the IEEE PDF eXpress software available at the bottom of this page. T
o make the process simple and fast, we recommand you to load the source
file (MS Word or LaTeX) of the final version of your paper into the IEEE PDF
eXpress software. An IEEE Xplore® compliant pdf file will be sent to you be
email a few minutes later. When entering the IEEE PDF eXpress application,
use fusion07 as the Conference ID.
Manuscripts must be formatted according to the following MS Word and
LaTeX templates.

3) rename the IEEE Xplore® compliant PDFs after the same names provided for the draft version of their papers (ex: Fusion2007_paperID.pdf).
4) register to the conference using the Registration on the conference web site. The papers can be uploaded once the full payment of registration fees is completed. Note that a maximum of two papers may be submitted and presented with one registration.
5) Send a completed copyright form by fax to the Conference Secretariat at (418) 692-5587.
