The conference venue is the hotel Loews Le Concorde located at 1225 Cours du General Montcalm (see Travel for the access). The Hotel Loews Le Concorde offers the highest standards in both the accommodation and conference settings. It is central, at walking distance to the old Québec City. It is located between "la Grande Allée" - known for the diversity of its restaurants - and the "Plaines d'Abraham" (Battlefield Park) which is an ideal place to have a walk during the breaks.

Please reserve as early as possible. On May 15th, 2007, the hotel will release all unreserved rooms from the room block for resale. The hotel will continue to accept reservations beyond this cut-off rate according to space and rate availability.
